Enjoy a variety of afternoons filled with Yoga throughout 2009 at Fir Street Community Centre, Fir Street, Walkley, Sheffield. All workshops run from 1pm - 5pm and will conclude with beautiful crystal bowl sound relaxation.

Mudras... the 'Yoga of the hands' - using the power points of the hands and fingers these ancient gestures and easy exercises can replenish energy, promote self healing, concentration and relaxation + yoga and massage combined for deep release of tensions.
